To send a message to a student:

1. Select your class in the toolkit
2. Click on the student you want to send a message to and choose any completed activity to access the student's portfolio.
3. Once in the portfolio, you will need to click on the bell at the top to send a message to that student or the whole class.
4. Type in your message and click send. 

Sending messages in the toolkit is a great way for you to direct students to the activity you would like them to complete (for example you could say, "Today we are going to work on a career goal. Please go to 1. College and Career Cove from the map, 2. click the treasure chest and 3. choose the Career Goal Activity then 4. get started!").
