Troubleshooting Guide

Some issues you may run into when starting up Future Quest Island for the first time are:

Problem	Explanation	Solution
Survey lock-up for students	Once in a while, the system may have a glitch where the survey shows 100% progression but then locks up and the student can't move forward.	Step 1: Have the student log out of the island and then log back in. Step 2: Have student go to another island location and click on the sign to the island location that is locked up. Generic Drop Down Menu Items NOT available	Students MUST complete all 4 surveys on the island (About Me Mountain, Social Sanctuary, and College & Career Cove)	You can view student activities in the teacher control panel. Find the student(s) that are unable to access the generic menu and make sure all 4 surveys are complete. If they aren't, send a message to a student [2] (or tell them in person) to complete the surveys. Once they are completed, have the student access the menu item.
